About the role:
As the Technology Portfolio Delivery Manager you will lead and manage a team of Project Managers and Business Systems Analysts. The position is responsible for driving and facilitating business change through Technology and engaging with all levels of the business.
  
Key responsibilities include:

  • actively manage the identification, prioritisation and allocation of work to business systems analysts
  • work closely with system user groups, projects and the EPMO and other business stakeholders to identify and define system improvements
  • manage internal and external project team resources and take responsibility for establishing and managing vendor and supplier relationships
  • manage the design and implementation of new IT solutions and enhancements through Implementation to handover phase of the IT Lifecycle

About you:

  • Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
  • Program and/or Project Certification or similar with demonstrated ablility to manage and direct projects at a program and/or portfolio level
  • Excellent collaboration, multi-tasking and organisation skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills in order to lead communications across different IT and business teams
  • Proven ability to prioritise team tasks and drive toward successful project completion
  • Ability to document business processes and information flows formally, in a clearly understood manner
  • Demonstrated Leadership skills both within a project structure and line management, with ability to delegate work in order to maximise work throughput and quality
  • Proven experience in managing project teams in complex Technology environments
  • C Class Driver’s License
