Work, Health Safety, Environmental & Quality Advisor


The role       

Reporting to the General Manager of Transdev Maintenance Services (TDMS), this role is responsible for leading and driving best practice for Safety & Environment.  In this role you will be pivotal in supporting the TDMS daily operations and projects identifying and managing risks within the business.    

The role works in a challenging competitive environment, with tight budgetary constraints and expectations of high performance by our clients and passengers.  This is a multi-site business with a complex organizational culture requiring a high level of interpersonal, communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

What you bring                                                                                                                 

Your professional expertise will include:

  • leading and driving improved safety and quality performance
  • tertiary qualifications in health and safety or related field
  • HSEQ senior role in a transport or complex, highly regulated environment
  • previous experience working within an ISO accredited environment
  • demonstrated experience in leading a proactive approach & culture to safety management
