Receptionist


The role

Reporting to the Business Support Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of different administrative tasks and maintaining a presence in our reception area. Ranging from the usual receptionist duties to helping our customers find the answers they need, organising training school materials and much much more. This is a great opportunity to make this role your own and show us exactly what you're capable of. For someone with the right attitude and abilities there's lots of different things you could be doing in the role.

Other core functions that are facilitated and included but not limited to in this role will be:

  • General day-to-day front desk duties eg: stationary and kitchen supply orders, scanning and photocopying, answering the phones and greeting anyone who walks through our doors.
  • Ensuring the reception area is clean and inviting and free of any hazards at all times.
  • Advising potential applicants of job vacancies and our recruitment processes
  • Assisting our HR department with administrative duties
  • Helping to prepare for our monthly training schools
  • Completing purchase orders
  • Data entry
  • Assisting other departments with a variety of work

This role is based in O'Connor and requires you to be available Monday to Friday 8AM until 4PM.
