IT Infrastructure Manager


The role

Running day to day operations and delivering projects this team operates across a wide range of infrastructure.  

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively manage our service partners, ensuring all service obligations are met
  • Manage Data Centre Infrastructure, O365, AWS environments to ensure all service obligations and service levels are met (e.g. access, capacity, patch management, monitoring and alerting)
  • Lead our cloud optimisation forum to drive cross function cloud cost reduction. Embed best practice standards which optimise our use of cloud resources.
  • Support the infrastructure team to monitor, report and achieve companywide compliance
  • Partner with the functional leadership team to define strategy, manage change & assess/mitigate risks in the critical infrastructure

What you bring

  • Exposure to or certified in ITIL certification
  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or a related discipline
  • Proven experience in managing a team to a high standard of compliance
  • Maturity, resilience, customer-driven and a focus on team development and collaboration.
  • A confident, self-starter with the ability to drive change.
