The role

As part of the broader Customer team this role will be at the heart of our community and central to improving our customer experience. The Customer Experience Officer is responsible for administering Transdev NSW’s customer feedback, complaints management systems and processes, supporting the Customer Experience Manager deal with escalated complaints, and dealing directly with customers via the telephone, face to face, mail and email.

You will be passionate about resolving each enquiry in a timely manner and possess the ability to work under pressure without affecting the quality of your work. Experience utilising CRM systems is highly regarded.
