Administration Assistant


The role

We are looking for a reliable Administration Assistant to provide support to our Head of Fleet & Maintenance.

In this varied role you can expect to:

  • Be responsible for various reports and audits
  • Provide a range of support activities like correspondence preparation, meeting bookings & minute taking
  • Manage filing and record keeping
  • Keep all data up to date and compliant in the Asset Management System
  • Control uniform ordering and the lost property register

What you bring         

  • Proven experience managing senior leaders and providing exceptional support
  • A customer-centric nature paired with great communication skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • An ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • And finally a willingness to get the job done, working in a collaborative environment
