About the role

Reporting to the Head of Talent Management, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of enterprise-wide Learning & Development (L&D) activities, offering an ideal mix of consulting and facilitation.    

You will primarily be located at our Crestmead office, however regular national (and occasional international) travel will be part of this role.

What you'll do

  • Facilitate our annual learning calendar, including workshops, webinars, lunch and learns or individual sessions
  • Manage end-to-end learning projects, using project methodology and disciplines to provide best value solutions to our business
  • Design and develop bespoke L&D programs using adult learning principles
  • Partner with external vendors to create and deliver learning solutions, including eLearning
  • Work with the broader national Learning team to promote and advocate for learning programs
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on your L&D activities
  • Review the return on investment of learning and development initiatives and make recommendations to improve efficiency, effectiveness and quality

What you'll bring
