The Telstra Graduate Program offers 18 months of challenging, hands-on and rewarding work that will give you the confidence and know-how to achieve your goals.

You’ll be at the centre of innovation, helping us improve customer experiences with work that makes a real difference. During the 18 months, there will be a minimum of three rotations. You’ll take part in a challenging yet rewarding development program focusing on innovation, creativity, measured risk-taking and self-awareness and also participate in our innovation challenge.

Have completed or will successfully complete a three-year undergraduate degree by December 2018 with a minimum Credit Average. Weight Average Mark of 60 and above.
You must be an Australian or NZ citizen or Australian permanent resident.
International students with visa subclass 500, 573 or 574 are eligible to apply for the IT and Engineering Streams only. International Students studying a Masters must complete a minimum two year master’s course at an Australian University.
