We are looking for a Cloud Consultant (Technology Solutions Senior Specialist) who will help us drive growth and develop customer solutions across Cloud Technologies, Data Engineering Technologies, Development Technologies and Development Methodologies.

As a Cloud Consultant, you will be responsible on but not limited to the following:

  • Sell yourself into accounts by demonstrating to customers technical competency and experience
  • Lead discussions with enterprise customers on the use of cloud computing, data engineering and development, to solve complex business problems
  • Accountable for all aspects technical delivery
  • Understand the different delivery methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, etc.) and their pros and cons
  • Execute technical customer engagements, produce design and implementation documentation
  • Implement cloud technologies to achieve the customer's objectives
  • Continue to develop technical capabilities and knowledge
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
  • Ensure customer satisfaction (Net Promoter Score or NPS)
  • Be actively involved in contributing to our team community
  • Expect moderate travel

The ideal candidate will have highly developed skills and experience in customer management, development, enterprise consulting and development solutions, including:

  • Experience in designing/delivery of key data and development solutions into Azure or AWS
  • Experience in designing/delivery of key data and development solutions to on premise/hybrid systems
  • In depth knowledge of SQL and other database solutions
  • Experience with data lake and data warehouse architectures
  • Experience with ETL tools, such as Azure Data Factory
  • Experience in the integration of B2B systems together
  • Exposure to Data Science technologies such as machine learning and data modelling
  • Exposure to Apache Hadoop-based analytics and languages such as Python
  • Exposure to the delivery of web front end development stacks such as HTML and JavaScript and/or exposure in the delivery of mobile development stacks
  • Exposure to multiple agile methodologies, best practices and development technologies
  • Exposure to classic waterfall methodologies
  • Ability to define and understand customer problems
  • Ability to collaborate and work part of a larger team
  • Good communication skills, high level of technical expertise and extremely passionate about technology
  • Up to date certifications on one or more relevant technologies is desired
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience with relevant technologies
