As the Technology Assurance Manager you will be responsible in leading the Control Self-Assessment (CSA) activities as part of the Telstra Operations Business Assurance function. This role will manage the end to the end delivery of the CSA Program across Telstra Operations in line with the Telstra Operations Controls Assurance Plan.
Reporting to Head of Business Assurance, you will be part of the Telstra Operations Team where you’ll do work on a scale you can’t elsewhere. You’ll be exposed to many new challenges, to leading edge technology, systems and methodologies. You will be working on projects such as collaborating with technical subject matter experts and business representatives to assess and review CSA results to ensure they deliver results on the effectiveness of our control environment to drive better risk outcomes.
You'll be challenged and stretched, but you'll also be rewarded. The work is complex and stimulating, but with that comes a great sense of achievement.
Success in this role will see you ensure the business has well understood the controls, assurance, strategy and approach and is using the outcomes from the assurance reviews to inform the key risk profile and to proactively drive better risk outcomes.
