Senior Solution Architect Pre Sales

Your customer will come to know you as a strategic contributor given the deep knowledge you have of them, their industry, who they compete with, who their customers are and so on. In turn this allows you to add additional value by providing perspectives the customer may not have. Given your contribution, over time we expect that you will be invited to help your customer define their challenges or opportunities and possible future options, giving them a definitive advantage over their competition. Some of these technologies will include professional services, digital platforms, Cloud services, core carriage and more.

As the Senior Solution Sales Architect, you'll be..  

  • Providing thought leadership and innovation to the customer and the Account team
  • Analyse opportunities in conjunction with the Account Team; orchestration of domain/multi-domain solution resources to provide specialist input to solution based on customer technology roadmap and opportunities
  • Anticipates customers future needs to address or prevent issues as well as nurtures key customers based on a deep understanding of their needs
  • Leverages various strategies and relationships to tailor bids and position us as a compelling option to prospective customers

 To be successful in the role, you'll..

  • Support growth by creating customer technology strategies and roadmaps, and overseeing their ongoing use in sales opportunity execution
  • Work closely with the customer to influence technology strategy and to understand how objectives and business requirements
  • Provide thought leadership with the ability to articulate how technology can be used to transform the customer’s business, increase their productivity and improve customer experience.
  • Establish trusted relationships with strategic technology stakeholders within your customers, to drive customer advocacy and deliver a well-qualified pipeline of opportunities to realise growth in line to targets
