The role

The Senior Contact Centre CTI Application Engineer will be responsible delivering 1st class technical solutions to our clients across a broad range of industries (government, financial services and energy), including the architecture, design and implementation of Genesys or Avaya Contact Centre solutions (Cloud and CPE) and CTI Applications with our Telstra networks.

You will have the opportunity to utilise your strong Contact Centre and CTI application software development experience to successfully partner with our clients to elicit requirements and to work with multiple business units to ensure the successful delivery of contact centre solutions.  This will include leading the engineering delivery/deployment of the solutions.

A bit about you

Some things we'll look for in you:

  • Previous delivery experience across the full Contact Centre domain and IVR/CTI application development with a hands-on specification, architecture, design, and implementation.
  • Contact centre and CRM integration, CTI/API Software development skills will be highly desirable.
  • Customer-Centric approach, eliciting customer business requirements and solution proposals.
  • Experience in creating work breakdown structures, work estimations.
  • Proactive, team player, flexible, can-do, problem solver, creative, self-learning, leads process improvement and thought leadership.
  • Your experience in software engineering, IP communication protocols, awareness of network security principals and a track record in delivering complex projects.
  • Degree in Engineering/Science/Software Engineering.
  • Java/C++ highly desirable.
  • Flexibility with travel and work hours where required.
