Sales Specialist

  • Work with key stakeholders to define and action a program of work that drives sales performance in the digital channel. This may be for one or a number of product groups.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business, including Telstra Digital, CMO, Product and Small Business to define and execute the program of work that aligns with the Telstra Digital, Small Business and Product strategies and, supports Telstra’s transition from Telco to Tech Co
  • Demonstrate a strong commercial and customer experience focus to sales performance and journeys to ensure all drivers and conversion steps are understood, measured and maximised.  
  • Investigate roadblocks and inefficiencies that are negatively affecting sales or hindering the implementation of capability uplift initiatives.
  • Manage all relevant go to market activities
