A unique opportunity has arisen to join our CEO Office as an Executive Assistant. You will be tasked with providing superior support and exceptional customer service, with high attention to detail and accuracy, whilst contributing to a positive, collaborative and professional team environment.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Complex diary and schedule management covering CEO 24 month calendar including actioning of all peripheral, supporting tasks such as calendars/schedules, room booking, timings and participant needs.
  • Managing high profile and sensitive stakeholder relationships
  • Demonstrate flexibility and initiative to alter meetings as required to accommodate CEO and leadership team
  • Co-ordinating a complex suite of travel arrangements, including domestic and international itineraries, accommodation and transport
  • Small event management and co-ordination of venue bookings as applicable
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with peer groups, as well as key stakeholders and customers
  • Escalating/redirecting (where appropriate) urgent issues on behalf of the CEO to most appropriate senior executives, ensuring relevant stakeholders are kept abreast of details or outcomes

Required Experience:

  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills are required, as a high level of autonomy is expected
  • Previous experience liaising at Senior Executive or Board level would be highly regarded
  • Strong reputation in providing professional, responsive administrative support to executive-level stakeholders
  • Various types of correspondence and message management
  • Preparation and records management of commercially sensitive and legally privileged material
  • Proficient use of relevant software and systems, including Microsoft Office suite

About You:

To be successful in this position you must have the ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion pertaining to the flow of information and correspondence to and from the CEO office. In addition you will be confident when dealing with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a dynamic team environment. Inherent organisational skills and the capacity to make the complex simple will be highly regarded.
