What is this role?

This role is an Optimisation genius and will help Belong convert leads with ease. As a gun in conversation rate optimisation programs and implementing them in customer obsessed digital environments - you will be considered the master of creating the culture of continuous learning and love amping up stakeholders around the benefits of test and learn in order to deliver significant improvements. The Optimisation Jedi will be strong in agile ways of working and agile delivery. Customer obsessed is a given and something that will always be on the radar in collectively creating an enduring customer following.

The experience & capabilities you’ll bring:

•Proven experience managing an effective CRO program

•Experience with conversion optimisation and Analytics platforms e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and other digital optimisation tools

•Strong stakeholder and project management skills

•Demonstrated ability to use data to develop relevant insights and influence decision making

•Strong analytical and data visualisation skills

•Demonstrated experience working with  data management platforms by defining online/offline data captures, integration and audience development and to assist the delivery of paid media optimisation

•Experience devising and implementing  SEO and content strategies
