Configuration Analyst - Fixed term to December 2018 +

The role:

We need you to come on board as Configuration Analyst to ensure that the supply and delivery of new products, capabilities and services meet customer needs through the conduct of configuration audits and configuration data analysis. Duties will include:

  • Establish and maintain product integrity, product functionality, performance, and physical characteristics are properly identified, documented, validated, and verified;
  • Ensuring changes to these product characteristics being properly identified, reviewed, approved, documented, and implemented; and
  • Identify products produced against a given set of documentation are known.

So, what are we looking for? The right person for this role will have Configuration Management experience; and should be able to demonstrate:-

  • A professional understanding of Network Element Configuration  - CCNA/JNCIA level
  • Experience within a Telecommunications technical arena involving Network Configuration and activation of services
  • Experience with Enterprise-Scale IT Network deployment
  • Expertise in auditing of the functional configurations and physical Configuration in a Network Environment
  • Excellent problem solving with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and third party stakeholders
  • Experience with OSS IBM and OSS HP technology.

Candidates must have current NV1 clearance minimum to be considered. This role will require you to hold and maintain an Australian Government NV1 security clearance.
