Business Support Coordinator

What you’ll do

This isn’t any ordinary business support role! Do you pride yourself on being super organised? Do you get a kick out of helping others, organising events, processing expenses, on boarding new team members and just about anything that can make our people smile? We are looking for an administration rock star to join us and support our senior leadership team in all things that keep the office humming. No day will be the same in this role and with fantastic support and exposure to how our business runs, you have the opportunity to make this role your own! Come in with your eyes open, be flexible and be ready to get creative and achieve big things!

So, who are we looking for?

  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders, requests & deadlines
  • Prioritisation skills, sound judgement and discretion
  • Planning & organising (events, travel, diary management etc)
  • Time management
  • Accuracy & attention to detail
  • Telstra system experience would be an advantage
  • Bonus points for involvement in Tech MeetUps, GirlsInTechinitiatives, Battle of the Agile Bands and other tech community events.
  • More bonus points for time spent enhancing customer experience
