We’re on the lookout for a Senior Account Executive to join our Toowoomba team in managing mid to large size portfolios in order to identify areas for growth.

As a Senior Account Executive you will be required to:

  • Establish/Manage strategic customer relationship/s and ongoing development of relationship/s to achieve customer satisfaction including, executive level customer contact plans across multiple business units.
  • Manage significant internal and external stakeholder management issues.
  • Develop and manage a Telstra Executive contact strategy.
  • Achieve Revenue and Sales Objectives for a defined portfolio of strategic customers
  • Develop, lead and implement the account strategy via the relevant account plans and portfolio plan including the forming of commercial judgment relating to cross BU impact, competition issues and commercial trade-offs required to achieve the sales strategy

  • An experienced sales and account management professional from a telecommunication and ICT solution background
  • Strong relationship management skills,
  • Someone that is commercially savvy, innovative in their approach and have a knack for understanding customers' priorities and profiles to develop outcomes to meet those needs
  • Someone with strong customer relationship management and presentation skills and an ability to drive outcomes
