Based in our state-of–the-art Hunter Street office, you will provide support to an Executive Director and his senior leadership team within our Corporate Operations Group. You will administer tasks such as; diary management, domestic travel coordination, on boarding new starters, coordination of background and reference checks, processing invoices and expenses and additional ad hoc duties.
To be successful in the role, we are not necessarily looking for someone with extensive experience – more important is a ‘can do’ attitude, a positive and personable disposition and a high degree of professionalism. Perhaps you have worked in an administration role for a two or three years and are looking for a new challenge. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to join a leading global organisation.
