KPMG Australia's National Talent Acquisition (TA) Team is seeking an extraordinary Talent Acquisition Consultant to partner with a key stakeholder group, hiring for a broad range of experienced Hire vacancies. Your focus will be on building exceptional relationships with your stakeholders and delivering proactive solutions to attract a diverse talent pool. The position is a 12 month fixed term contract that could be based at either of our Melbourne or Sydney locations.

Your new role

As part of the national People, Performance & Culture (PPC) Team, you’ll be responsible for delivering recruitment sourcing strategies and building key relationships with the firm's senior leadership. Your key accountabilities will include:

  • End to end management of experienced recruitment for a broad range of service lines
  • Building relationships with senior leaders
    Proactively building talent pools to enhance diversity and our capability to  respond quickly to business growth and emerging workforce needs
  • Attend relevant TA, PPC and business events and provide support as required
  • Identify potential TA process improvements and contribute to TA Projects
  • Working collaboratively with our resourcing teams, HR Business Partners and the broader PPC teams to deliver a high quality and seamless service to stakeholders

You bring to the role

To succeed in this challenging position you will ideally have:

  • End to end experience in recruitment processes
  • Experience in sourcing and screening of applicants through a variety of assessment tools
    Ability to establish good networks
  • Experience in agency recruitment as well as an in-house environment will be advantageous
    Exceptional stakeholder relationship skills with the ability to develop trust and credibility at senior levels
  • Highly organised and the ability to work under pressure with competing priorities
  • A passionate people person with exceptional communication and the ability to engage and influence others
