Who you are

- Looking for FT or PT work (one weekend day min), maybe parents returning to work.

- Experience in sales and customer service (phone and in-person)

- A friendly and lively nature with a skill for building rapport with customers (particularly parents)

- Understanding of NSW high school system (studied or parent)

- Great attention to detail and well organised

- Be impeccably presented with outstanding communication skills

- Multi-language skills (highly preferred) - Mandarin, Cantonese, Hindi, Korean, other

Duties

What you will be doing

- Manage parent and student inbound phone, face to face, email enrolment and academic enquiries

- Manage all in-centre requirements such as printing, room set-up, teacher needs, customer issues

- Support Mentors (teachers), Tutors and markers in-centre as required

- Manage all customers via Salesforce CRM

- Coordinate seminars, meeting and tutorial bookings and monitor attendance

- Make outbound calls to follow up enrolment leads and trial student enrolments
