What will I be doing?

As the Lead Recruitment Partner, you will develop deep relationships across the business to drive your role as a trusted advisor. Filling openings in a timely and efficient manner with extremely high calibre candidates is the name of the game. The majority of your time will be spent speaking with interesting people, hearing insights on what their natural strengths and talents are and helping them to understand the endless opportunities at Stryker.

You will coach and develop other recruitment team members on the process of hiring and be the first port of call for all system enquiries. You will use your influencing skills to develop hiring manages in identifying talented candidates. 

You will have the autonomy to identify and lead work on a variety of projects, where you can find new and innovative ways of doing things, based on what excites you.

Most importantly, you will have a true impact on the business. The work you will do will affect our success for years to come.
