As a Sales Professional within the residential business unit your role is to provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the buying process; from lead to successful completion, ensuring your customers' needs are met whilst delivering against your sales targets.

 Some of your duties will include:

•             Achieve sales volume targets in accordance with approved budgets per project(s), including agreed investor / owner / builder ratio of sales.

•             Deliver agreed enquiry conversion rate from enquiry to deposit to settlement per project(s).

•             Minimise cancellations of deposits per project(s).

•             Deliver ‘world-class’ experience to customers by following the structured Stockland sales process and achieving required levels of project presentation.

•             Contribute to the on-going maintenance of a competitor library by continually updating industry knowledge, market and competitor activity in the Region.

•             Build and maintain relationships with customers focussing on delivering exceptional service that embeds Stockland as the preferred product choice in the market.

•             Deliver ‘world-class’ experience to all stakeholders in a sales office environment, including builders, brokers etc.

About You

You will relish the opportunity to represent one of our great community projects and with your previous experience in face-to-face sales, you will be motivated by hitting your targets whilst providing ‘world-class’ customer outcomes.  You will ideally have property, building or land/ development sales experience, exceptional administration skills. It will be highly regarded if you hold a current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License. 

You will be able to demonstrate previous success in a sales role where your strong "closing technique" and objection handling skills have been utilised. Notably you will have a personality to which others warm to and trust.

A driving license and your own transport are required and you must be prepared to work weekends.
