Sales Professional - Haven Altona North


We have an opportunity for a Sales Professional to join the team at our Haven Altona North community located just 13km west of Melbourne CBD. This is an opportunity to contribute to the delivery of a ‘world-class’ experience to our customers by following the initial steps of the Stockland’s sales process.

The Opportunity

In this role you will be providing exceptional customer experience throughout the buying process; from lead to successful completion, ensuring your customers' needs are met whilst delivering against your sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achievement of sales targets against set budgets
  • Contribute to and implement project launch and sales strategies in conjunction with marketing to ensure delivery of project objectives and reach our target audience
  • Diligently record leads in database & follow up to sales
  • Building strong relationships with potential buyers, the wider community and all internal and external stakeholders
  • Participate in teamwork in a manner that creates the environment where people excel
  • Comply with licensing and legal / compliance requirements

What are we looking for?

  • Must have and be able to demonstrate proven results in face to face sales with a home builder or built form
  • Must have and be able to demonstrate proven results in face to face sales with ‘off the plan’
  • Smart presentation with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A highly motivated and organised individual with a solution orientated approach to their work
  • You will be able to adapt to new technology with ease and if you have experience using Salesforce this is a bonus
  • Flexibility – due to the nature of sales in the Property Industry – you will need to work Weekends
