Self-motivated, passionate and experienced in Medium Density sales? Join our successful Queensland sales team representing 2 premium projects located in Redcliffe and the Gold Coast and experience the thrill of selling whilst working in an award-winning organisation.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in face to face sales ideally from a medium density sales background
  • Smart presentation with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A highly motivated and organised individual with a solution orientated approach to their work
  • You will be able to adapt to new technology with ease and if you have experience using Salesforce this is a bonus
  • Flexibility – due to the nature of sales in the Property Industry – you will need to work Weekends and undertake weekly travel to both sites

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achievement of sales targets against set budgets
  • Contribute to and implement project launch and sales strategies in conjunction with marketing to ensure delivery of project objectives and reach our target audience
  • Diligently record leads in database & follow up to sales
  • Building strong relationships with potential buyers, the wider community and all internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Participate in team work in a manner that creates the environment where people excel
  • Comply with licensing and legal / compliance requirements.
