We have a unique and career changing opportunity for someone wanting to kick-start their career path in the Property Sales Industry. Joining our successful team at one of our North-Western developments in Sydney, you will have the opportunity as our next Sales Associate, to work collaboratively with our Sales Professionals to help drive the Stockland journey for our customers. This is a diverse role that brings together a blend of Customer Service, Administration and Sales.

 

 Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to sales activities including pre-qualification, follow-up and assisting with meet and greets
  • Provide a welcoming and helpful interface between the team and key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders representing Stockland in alignment with our brand and values.
  • Contribute to the delivery of agreed enquiry conversion rate from enquiry to deposit to settle per project(s).
  • Maintain and update sales systems and processes to maximise enquiry conversion and minimise cancellations of deposits for the Region.
  • Participate in team work in a manner that creates the environment where people excel.
  • Comply with licensing and legal / compliance requirements.

What are we looking for?

  • Strong motivation and a drive to build a long-term career within Property and Sales : You will be open to learning and looking to establish yourself into a longer-term Sales career
  • Smart presentation with strong interpersonal and communication skills, both face to face and over the phone
  • A highly motivated and organised individual with a solution orientated approach to their work
  • You will be able to adapt to new technology with ease and if you have experience using Salesforce this is a bonus
  • If you have previous work experience, this may have been in the areas of Customer Services, Administration or Consultative Sales
  • You will need to have your own reliable transport and a clean full driver license
  • You must be able to work weekends
