Great part-time opportunity supporting two General Managers on a 12-month, fixed term contract.
About the Role
You will provide exceptional administration support to two General Managers and the broader Human Resources team. As part of a supportive and collaborative team, this exciting, fast-paced role will allow you to coordinate and organise to your heart's content. Amongst other things, you will be responsible for:
This role will be working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday as part of job share arrangement.
As the successful candidate, you have significant experience in providing high level administration support to senior managers and you are happy providing ad hoc support to the broader HR team. Your love for coordinating and organizing, and your desire to go above and beyond for your managers are the qualities make you the best at what you do. With exceptional attention to detail you are proactive in identifying solutions, committed to achieving quality outcomes and can naturally prioritise a busy work schedule. With excellent communication and MS Office skills, you are someone who builds trusting working relationships with your peers, managers and stakeholders.
