Marketing Manager - Caloundra, Sunshine Coast

We have a newly created role available supporting 3 of Stockland’s retail centres on the Sunshine Coast! Looking after Stockland Caloundra, Birtinya and Baringa this is an amazing opportunity to showcase your skills across varied assets that are all unique.

Your Role

As Marketing Manager you will achieve agreed sales and traffic performance by implementing innovative project marketing strategies and practices that support the delivery of retail outcomes. You will maintain key stakeholder relationships through regular contact and involvement in relevant committees.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement Strategic Marketing Plans
  • Design and implement national campaigns
  • Implement centre specific Local Area Marketing plans that are in line with strategic objectives
  • Set centre marketing budget in accordance with approved budget parameters
  • Implement community relations program/events/sponsorships etc. in line with marketing strategy
  • Occasional weekend work is required for duty management.

    About You

    Marketing experience in a shopping centre/retail environment would be essential to this role. This role also covers assets in development so experience in this area would be highly regarded.

    In order to be successful in this role you will have demonstrated marketing knowledge and expertise, strong verbal and written communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in digital marketing and social media is also required. Excellent stakeholder management skills and the need to think out to the box will see you succeed in this role. Working across 3 centres with different strengths and budgets, you will demonstrate a strong ability to manage your time well and work in a fast paced and challenging environment.
