Exciting opportunity to join the Human Resources team as a Learning & Development Consultant on a 12-month fixed term contract, and directly contribute to strengthen Stockland’s place within the community.

Duties

The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in supporting the end to end cycle of Stockland learning and development activities, including design, delivery, data analysis and coordination. The role is required to consult and partner with the business to help them achieve their targets and goals ensuring managers, teams and employees have the required capabilities and skills. This will include engaging with and managing key internal stakeholders, external vendors, and working closely with the broader HR team.

About you

  • Proven experience required in a similar, corporate role;
  • Demonstrated understanding of adult learning principles;
  • Strong relationship, influencing and partnering skills;
  • Ability to self-organise and manage own time effectively;
  • Ability to work inter-dependently across various parts of HR and the business to achieve results.
