Digital Marketing Executive


We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our Sydney office. Reporting into a Digital Media Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role across the Group Marketing team and will be tasked to deliver and monitor a number of digital media campaigns. Your role will be twofold: Operational,  by driving efficiency and accuracy of digital campaign implementation and reporting and tactical by translating digital campaign data into insights and recommendations which increase quality enquiry volume.

Your main duties will include:

  • Day to day engagement with production and media agencies, ensuring a high level of service and that updates and optimisations are being implemented in a timely manner
  • Work with the Digital Media Marketing Manager, Social Media Marketing Manager and Stockland’s agencies to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to ensure that all Stockland assets enhance brand and business unit objectives. This includes channels such as Social, Display and Search.
  • Liaise with internal Marketing Managers across the country and Stockland’s agencies to brief in new and updated creative across all digital campaigns
  • Support the Social Media Marketing Manager to setup social accounts
  • Consistently track and analyse the performance of campaigns to ensure efficiency and effectiveness; become fluent using the various tools and dashboards available to report frequently and in detail on performance of campaigns
  • Respond to internal and external queries about digital marketing performance with confidence and accuracy
  • Work with Digital Media Marketing Manager to record, process and pay supplier invoices as well as monitor and complete regular reconciliations

You will have:

  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications
  • 3-5 years’ experience working in a Client role managing a significant performance media budget – incl involvement in media planning, buying and implementation including production and creative, reporting and analysis OR 3-5 years’ experience working in a performance media role within a media agency
  • Strong competency of the following digital channels – Social, Display, Search from both the media and production/creative perspective
  • An analytical and data driven mindset
  • Exposure to direct response campaigns and understanding of funnel marketing
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong verbal and oral communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
  • Ability to multi-task effectively across various projects
