This critical role in the commercial
property development team is responsible for working across the development
spectrum with a focus on the front end master planning phases of the projects.
Reporting to the Regional Development Manager, your responsibilities include:
• Overseeing overall delivery of the projects including financial performance, reporting, budgeting, risk assessment, monthly reviews and cash flow
• Managing and administering funding, obtaining current and future approvals and managing both front-end design and project delivery across a number of assets ;
• Monitoring marketing and competitor activity to enhance decision making on the direction and performance of the project and;
• Building strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure support for the Project Vision and agreed outcomes.
Degree qualified in a property related discipline, you will have prior experience in a development capacity in the commercial property space, ideally with a focus on retail. With demonstrated business acumen you have the ability to assess the financial benefits and risks of the projects you are working on. Importantly you know the importance of collaborating with others, you strive for excellence in all you do and you are focused on delivery.
Additionally you will have strong strategic and operational ability, commercial acumen and problem solving skills.
