This is a newly created role which will report directly to the General Manager – Development and will primarily contribute toward the development of the Stockland Land Lease strategy.

Joining Stockland in a key strategic role, one of your first priorities will be to contribute to the DA for one of our Land Lease communities in Melbourne. You will manage the development and delivery of projects in a way that creates a competitive advantage and reduces operational risk.

As the development manager, you will play a critical role in fostering cross-discipline collaboration and creating relationships with key external stakeholders. By driving strong engagement with these key stakeholders, you will ensure support for the Project Vision and agreed outcomes

About you

  • Proven experience as a Development Manager;
  • Solid expertise in the Victorian Land Lease Development Community field;
  • Demonstrated experience building trusted relationships and working with senior stakeholders;
  • Confidence, resilience and influencing skills;
  • Strong commercial acumen.
