Development Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Development Manager to join us working across the largest Master Planned Community in VIC, Cloverton. The project is currently in it’s infancy stage which provides a real opportunity for the incoming Development Manager to impact the outcomes of the project and shape the future of it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the integration of project disciplines (ie: sales, marketing, design, finance) in a manner that maximises project outcomes
  • Collaborate effectively with other areas of the business, both within the Stockland Residential business whilst working closely with National teams (ie: design, sustainability) to achieve best practice outcomes
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholder groups to achieve required business outcomes

About You

You will have prior experience in a similar role ideally in delivering built form and medium density developments with sound financial acumen. You will have an ability to engage key stakeholders, including high-level customer engagement, government agencies and internal operations. This is a role for an individual with a high level of initiative who is looking to work on challenging and complex projects in addition to being part of a broader fast paced development team. Ideally you will have previous people leadership experience and understand the importance of teamwork. You will have the capability to empower the resources around you to strive for excellence in all you do as we drive the projects towards delivery.
