Your Role

As the Customer Relations Coordinator for NSW you will be responsible for managing the customer experience during and after the sales process to ensure our customers receive an exceptional service. Reporting to the Customer Relations Team Leader, you will provide critical customer service and administrative support which will help us enhance our competitive position and brand. Working closely with key internal and external stakeholders, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service, prioritising and effectively resolving issues in agreed timeframes
  • Provide outstanding customer service to Stockland customers
  • Manage customer and stakeholder feedback (after sales; after settlement; after completion) to determine level of satisfaction and enhance our service
  • Constantly improve Stockland’s ability to identify customer trends, predict customer needs and proactively address barriers to successful partnerships with stakeholders
  • Maintain and update the after-sales CRM systems and processes to enhance the customer’s experience
  • Develop a communication plan using EDM’s to keep our customers up-to-date

About You

To be successful in this role you will have experience in administration and customer service, and while not essential, experience in a construction or building environment would be an advantage. You are an excellent communicator and with great listening skills and this enables you are effective in conflict resolution.
