As the Customer Relations Coordinator for NSW you will be responsible for managing the customer experience during and after the sales process to ensure our customers receive an exceptional service. Reporting to the Customer Relations Team Leader, you will provide critical customer service and administrative support which will help us enhance our competitive position and brand. To be successful in this role you will have experience in administration and customer service, and while not essential, experience in a construction or building environment would be an advantage. You are an excellent communicator and with great listening skills and this enables you are effective in conflict resolution.
This is much more than a standard customer service role as you act as the liaison between Stockland, our customers and our 3rd party providers. In addition you are the type of person who doesn't just wait for the phone to ring; you take a proactive approach to arrive at positive solutions and provide a service that is a step ahead.
