Customer Insights Research Manager - part time / job share


As part of the Group Research team, you will provide customer insights to help inform strategy and business design-making, supporting Stockland’s residential and retirement living businesses. This is a job share role based in Stockland’s Sydney office.

About You

You will bring at least 5 years previous experiencing managing both quantitative and qualitative research projects gained either in a research agency and/or in a similar client-side role. We’re looking for someone who has great project management skills, can work independently, can find the story in the data and strong attention to detail. Being collaborative, customer-centric and hands-on will see you succeed in this role

Duties

  • Liaising with internal business stakeholders to identify research needs and design appropriate research solutions
  • Lead research projects from end to end
  • Work closely with another Research Manager to ensure projects are managed effectively when each is not in the office
  • Work with external suppliers to effectively manage research projects to a high standard, on time and on budget
  • Manage research conducted on Stockland’s own research community including designing surveys, scripting, analysing, distilling and providing recommendations
