Customer Experience - Marketing


We have an opportunity to step up and gain experience in this exciting Customer Experience Executive role, working within our Stockland Traralgon retail centre.  Working within the centres, partnering with local retailers and the community this is an opportunity to contribute to the national commercial property marketing strategy.

As the Customer Experience Executive, you will partner with the wider team to plan, execute and implement innovative marketing campaigns to drive opportunities within the centre.

This is a full time permanent opportunity, predominantly Monday to Friday with flexibility required around campaign launches.

Other duties will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders including retailers, customer, centre management team and the wider marketing team
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to implement national and state based campaigns at a local level
  • Engage with local community and retailers to ensure content is relevant and targeted
  • Liaise with third parties, and administer the Centre’s retailer support program including signage, visual merchandising to drive the presentation of the centre
  • Monitor the Centre’s website including directories and digital signage to ensure accurate information
  • Review social and digital media customer interactions and responses, including escalations where required
  • Ensure any communication is cascaded both within the centre and up to the wider marketing team
  • A strong commitment to customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all who interact with the centre

About you

You will come from a strong Customer Service background, including marketing campaign implementation, retail sales or customer experience roles. You will also have the below:

  • Be computer savvy, with a good understanding of social media sites and digital campaigns
  • Able to build solid relationships and have exceptional stakeholder engagement skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with exposure to retail an advantage
