Conveyancing Clerk – 6 Month Fixed Term Contract 

With one of our team heading off overseas, we have an opportunity for a Junior to Intermediate level Conveyancer with at least 2 to 3 years’ experience to join our In-house Victorian Conveyancing team on a Fixed Term Contract through till the end of 2019. Working as part of our In-House team, you will pick up a portfolio for one of our Residential Developments and can collaborate across our Sales, Development and Legal teams. Moving into an In-house role with Stockland means stepping away from the pressures of working within a Consultancy or Private practice bringing a better work-life balance back to your day to day.  

What we are looking for? 

•    You will be a Junior to Intermediate level Conveyancer with at least 2 – 3 years recent experience
•    Holders of a current Conveyancing licence will be highly regarded, however this is not essential
•    You will have a strong grasp with Technology and will have a good understanding of PEXA
•    Strong communication skills are essential in this role – both, Verbal and Written with a high level of Relationship Management 
•    You will be a self-driven and solutions focused professional with strong time management, attention to detail and self-confidence.
