The role will provide support to the Partners of the company and team leads on various sites. Your work will include resource planning, project management, assisting with client work (research, data and writing reports / strategy) and other adhoc administration duties. We are looking for coordinators that are looking to break into the project management space. You must be hard working, enthusiastic with a focus on high performance. And doesn’t mind working a few odd hours.
The ideal candidate will have a strong coordination background that is looking to move up into the project management space.
We care more about your approach to work than your specific experience. You will be an energetic, passionate and inquisitive individual who values hard work and enjoys a challenge. You will be well organised with proven experience in admin coordination.
You are confident - able to engage with a variety of stakeholders at all levels - value lifelong learning and hard work. You are an open and honest communicator. You have the ability to manage multiple priorities and utilise your exceptional customer service skills in all your work.
