Duties

About the role: 

We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and we’re looking for another team member to join our fun-loving team and make a difference! This is an entry level role and we’re flexible with hours – the hours could be three days per week, but would also suit someone seeking full-time work now or in the near future.

You will be responsible for:

  • Answering inbound calls from customers regarding our salary packaging services
  • Providing proactive solutions to customer enquiries
  • Updating customer records on our CRM system

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • Strong customer service background in any industry – phone based or face to face
  • Exceptional communication skills and a professional phone manner
  • Ability to explain complex information in a simple manner
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent time management, organisational and prioritisation skills
