Customer Service Representative - Flexible Hours

The role


We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and we’re looking for another team member to join our fun-loving team and make a difference! This is an entry level role and we’re flexible with hours – the hours could be three days per week, but would also suit someone seeking full-time work now or in the near future.


What you will be doing:

  • Answer inbound calls from customers regarding our salary packaging services
  • Provide proactive solutions to customer enquiries and update customer records
  • Embrace and exceed targets in a fast-paced environment

Duties

About You 

  • Customer service experience (retail, call centre or hospitality)
  • Excellent and clear communication skills and a professional phone manner
  • Ability and willingness to learn quickly
  • Strong problem-solving skills
