You are an experienced and energetic Travel Consultant who will provide exceptional customer service and support for all business units throughout Australia and New Zealand. You will help consolidate and reduce travel costs and improve service and quality. You possess sound time management skills, a high level of attention to detail and demonstrate exceptional moral values in everything you do.
About the Role
In this critical role you will coordinate travel including air and charter, hotel bookings, car hire and rail; offer suggestions and advice to travellers on their requested route; ensure appropriate travel approvals are requested and received prior to ticketing; ensure the lowest fare is always quoted. Other responsibilities will include issuing accurate air tickets and travel documents; effectively managing the GDS queue; providing training and guidance regarding Serco's online booking tool, Concur; and providing assistance to the Travel Manager as required.
This role provides the flexibility to work 22.8 hours over three to four days which includes your availability to work Fridays.
