About The Role
Role Location: 6/15 Moore Street, Canberra, ACT
Role Type: Permanent Full Time role; this role may be offered at either the 4.1 or 4.2 job grade, dependent upon the successful applicant’s level of skills and experience.
 
As a Relationship Credit Manager in the Property business you will be responsible for to work directly with the customer, Credit Executives, Director and Relationship Managers to complete the broader credit assessment function and ensure an optimal 'well managed' portfolio. It is expected that a clear understanding of the performance history and future plans of each portfolio is well understood by the Senior Relationship Credit Manager at all times. You will collaborate with the Director, Relationship Manager, product partners and Credit Executives to ensure an effective and value adding strategy is identified for the customer whilst minimising all potential risks to ANZ.
 
About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Tertiary Qualification in a business related Field
  • Strong knowledge of financial statements and credit assessment skills incorporation (background of sound business lending) for Corporate and large scale businesses
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, computer literacy and demonstrated excellent customer focus
  • Demonstrated people management and coaching skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of Corporate and large business needs and expectations and abilities to originate new &/or cross-sell business
  • Ability to work autonomously; work with a team with proven analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills.
