About the role
Due to continued demand for consulting services and program delivery, we are looking for a Senior Talent Solutions Consultant to identify and nurture new business, and provide expert advice to clients seeking support in workplace flexibility and gender diversity.
FlexCareers is an agile, fast-paced business with a broad range of clients, so no two days will be the same. Our consultants develop appropriate talent solutions leveraging our products and services, coach senior leadership teams and facilitate group workshops and training sessions.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need a strong background in Human Resources, ideally with a talent, OD, L&D or diversity focus. You’ll be experienced in supporting and/or managing change, and have a strong understanding of the challenges faced by business leaders and HRDs.
You don’t need to be a tech expert to work with us, but you do need a passion for innovation and the role that technology has to play in the future of work – proficiency in HRIS or ATS systems, and/or exposure to vendor SAAS products would be highly regarded.
We are happy to say that there is no hard selling in this role - our reputation and product do most of the work, but you do need to be comfortable in the sales process, able to identify and nurture new opportunities and be a great listener – we’re here to solve problems.
This role is as flexible as you want to make it. We are a close-knit team but we live and work all around Australia, collaborating daily on tools like Slack, Trello, Confluence and Jira. We support working from home, or wherever you do your best work, and we design our roles around each individual.
