We are currently seeking a Tender Manager to join our team in either Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne. Reporting to the Data Centre Regional Application Manager – Pacific. Typical projects will include; installation and supply, design & construct contracts, upgrades/re-engineering, retrofit solutions and end of life disposal.

Key aims of this role will be to review RFQ’s, technical and commercial specifications and then working with internal SME’s, identify cost-effective solutions that meet customer needs, technical requirements, ensuring margins are met whilst mitigating all risks.  It is also the responsibility of the Tender Manager to ensure that all bids and tenders activities are managed in accordance with our Customer Project Process


Instrumental to success in this role will be an extensive track record of preparing bids/ tender submissions starting at $500K within an IT/Telco or closely related sector for a large complex multiple BU organization. Whilst your technical qualifications or tendering experience may not be directly related to our sector you must have the ability to read and interpret technical specifications and commercial contract conditions.

Solid technical and writing skills along with very strong commercial acumen is mandatory whilst a conceptual knowledge of IT networks and network management systems would be advantageous.
