Service Manager - QLD & NT

What is the role?
Based in Eagle Farm, Brisbane we are in search for an energetic, motivated Service Manager – QLD & NT for our growing Digital Buildings Business. Reporting to the Regional Director (QLD & NT) we have a unique opportunity for a technically astute and relationship focused Service Manager. 


This leadership role will drive the development and execution of the department strategy, responsible for both service operations and sales. Having a clear emphasis on people, safety, growth, profitability and customer satisfaction.
 
Whilst not wanting to narrow the field, we do believe that the following will be key to your success:
• To drive a high-performance department culture aligning to our core values and leadership expectations;
• Be a true leader of the team, fostering a collaborative culture of openness, transparency, acceptance and passion;
• Maintain a high level of communications with clients, and staff;
• Understand and position the Schneider Electric value proposition for the chosen customer segments;
• Be responsible for the strategic direction of the services department, considering resource planning, risk mitigation, sales and profitability;
• Ensure QLD/NT service department achieves booking volume, revenue and margin targets;
• Lead sales team to maintain and grow contracted maintenance base as well as identify and sign technology upgrade opportunities; 
• Lead and manage the service operations department;
• Maintain the forecasting, prospects and contacts management tools for service;
• Develop all direct reports with ongoing coaching, feedback and development discussions;
• Support and drive positive employee engagement.

• A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline.
