Service Delivery Manager

Based at our WA Head Office in Malaga, we currently have an opportunity for a Service Delivery Manager to join our Buildings Team. In this key role, you will drive and manage the Regional Portfolio for the Business which include Healthcare, Education and Commercial customers.

In this capacity, you will also undertake the following:

  • Assist the Service Manager with management processes, client liaison and business development and
  • Co-ordinate team resources in support of new projects, system support and small works undertaken by the Branch
  • Review maintenance agreements to ensure all specific site requirements are met and that the scope of works is appropriate
  • Provide direction, guidance and specialised technical support to Service team and clients

  • Prepare and present comprehensive sales and operating budgets annually

     

Whilst we don’t want to narrow the field, we do believe that the individual we want in our team will come from a Controls, Security or Access environment with demonstrated success in managing or supervising a team. You will possess excellent communications skills and will be skilled in engaging with and influencing key stakeholders
