Utilise your extensive service contracts management experience to fulfil and support; customer first contracts & support agreements, upgrade projects, consultation works as well as time & materials works.

 

Our Industry business delivers Industrial Automation Solutions, combining Apps, Analytics and Services, Edge Control and Connected products providing the most complete Automation offer available. We enable end-user customers in WWW, MMM, O&G, Power and F&B to make the most of their energy, ensuring reliability, efficiency and safety of their systems. We design solutions that empower the client workforce, provide early ROI and include value focused IIOT elements bringing essential data to all levels of the organisation.

 

Based in Sydney and reporting to the National Service Manager the key aims of this position will be leading a team to ensure customer satisfaction, meeting commercial targets through the provision of managed &/or maintenance services. For the management, control and completion of service projects and contracts ensuring consistency with company strategy.

Whilst we do not want to narrow the field, we believe instrumental to success in this role will be the following.

  • Electrical engineering qualifications with PM studies highly regarded and eligible for Engineers Australia 
  • Success in people leadership, mentoring, coaching and in the delivery of relevant sector projects 
  • Well versed preparing forecasts and managing revenue and margins for medium to large projects
  • Service delivery and process improvement mind set, extensive customer office, on-site or remote experience 
  • Hands on experience in commissioning medium to large projects &/or large managed service agreements
  • High level of competency with MS Office suite
  • Strong organisational, communication and influencing skills
  • Candidates with a sound knowledge of contractual T's & C's highly regarded
