We are now seeking expressions of interest for a newly expanded Sales Director role within our Digital Energy Business. What is the role?

The mission of the Sales Director role is to drive profitable and sustainable growth, increase the quality of customer experience, lead a dynamic and synergized sales organization and amplify multiple channels to market in creating Digital Buildings. As an integral member of the Digital Energy Leadership Team, your ambition for growth and market share in a disruptive market environment, complimented by your career background in built environments, will be key drivers for your success and the health of the business. This will be achieved via focus on our key segments such as Health, Commercial Buildings, Data Centre’s and transport complimented with growing our Targeted End User accounts through the various channels in Building Automation, Software Integration and Controls.
 

Instrumental to your success will be your proven expertise in driving sales activity and strategy in a solutions selling environment. You will develop  strategic relationships with key customers senior & C-level engagement within enterprise accounts, distributors and major channel partners to achieve territory sales targets. You will play a key role in growing Schneider Electric’s Building Automation and segment share, through multiple channels to market, including direct solutions sales efforts, System Integrator accreditation programs, ownership of strategic alliances, business planning and strategy, development and the implementation of marketing programs, planning the use of marketing funding and measuring effectiveness of fund use.

In the highly dynamic, enterprise focused role of Sales Director, you will be influential in growing our people’s capability and sales disciplines, increase customer satisfaction, deliver results, and drive our brand in the marketplace through thought leadership and senior level engagement.
