We have an exciting senior leadership opportunity within our Buildings business. Our business creates integrated, solutions combining building services & intelligent automated systems including; HVAC, BMS, CCTV, Access Control and Energy Management, Metering & Monitoring. Our solutions enable owners, end users and custodians to intelligently monitor, meter and control their assets in real time, reducing consumption and improving reliability and quality.
Are you ready to meet the challenge of a regional leadership position within a dynamic and evolving business involved in cutting edge building automation technology? As the QLD & NT Regional Director you will lead the business with an emphasis on growth and profitability; achieved through people leadership, client liaison, business development and customer satisfaction. You will lead a diverse team and develop strategies that achieve business performance, profitability and improve market share. Whilst building upon our reputation for customer centricity, you will identify opportunities to build business value for new and existing clients.
Whilst we do not want to narrow the field, we do believe that instrumental to your success in this role will be an appropriate technical tertiary qualification (ideally with an MBA) complemented by a solid understanding of project management and contracting procedures. Your ability to successfully lead multi-discipline teams is unquestionable, as is your commercial acumen; demonstrated by your impressive track record of business transformation and growth.
You have an expert eye for revenue, cost, gross margin and cash flow and you possess a natural flair for identification of talent as well as business opportunities. Your communication, presentation, organisation and negotiation skills are at a level that is commensurate with operating at the most senior of levels and complexity of environments.
