Project Manager - Solutions/integration

Based in Gepps Cross, Adelaide and reporting to the Solution Delivery Manager, we have a great opportunity for a commercially astute and customer focused Solutions/integration Project Manager to join our high performing Buildings team.


In this diverse role you will manage and deliver a range of systems solutions projects, including BMS, security access control and CCTV across the hospitality, health and commercial sectors. 


You will be responsible for all aspects of the financial performance of projects and provide strong leadership to your project teams.


In addition, you will conduct monthly project reviews and complete all required project documentation.


Managing subcontractors and developing strong relationships with customers and consultants are critical in this role.


Regular travel to customer sites across the Adelaide metropolitan area and regional areas of South Australia will be required.  Out of hours and weekend work will be required on occasion.


As the successful applicant you will have:

  • Extensive experience in managing large non-residential construction projects
  • Proven experience in delivering complex projects
  • The ability to manage stakeholders including builders and mechanical/electrical contractors
  • The ability to accurately forecast cost to complete and monthly expenditure
  • An understanding of the concepts of control systems integration
  • A sound knowledge of HVAC systems and associated plant
  • Demonstrated success in meeting all contractual requirements on time and within budget
  • A current unrestricted Australian driver?s license
  • A mechanical or electrical trade qualification as a minimum or a tertiary qualification in a mechanical, electrical or IT networking discipline


Whilst not essential, PMP certification will be highly regarded.


You have excellent communication skills and a strong team focus; you thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment and enjoy working on multiple projects with diverse stakeholders to achieve outstanding results.


Highly organised and efficient, you work well autonomously and can be relied upon to meet deadlines.
